With the information RENS receives from your form, we will create the quote/proposal and send it to the address that you give us on the form. If we have any questions about the information that you give us, we will contact you by phone. Only one form needs to be filled out. Use the "print out form" to FAX or mail the form to RENS. Use the "electronic form" to submit the form directly to RENS' from this website immediately after filling it out.
